Aftersales operations
Gigantti Klaukkala
I worked at Gigantti as a service and customer support specialist for almost 2 years. My core duties were device installations and providing IT-support to customers. I installed antivirus software, serviced faulty devices, and resolved various IT-related issues for both private and business customers. I got to develop my IT- and customer service skills almost daily by facing new technical challenges.
Service desk
Kone Oyj
I worked at KONE Oyj for a few months as part of an internship. There I did system monitoring, resolving techical issues, and providing on-site technical support. I prepared devices for use, assembled networking equipment and, when necessary, visited different departments to set up workspaces and assist with various technical problems in person.
Warehouse operator
Kartanon leipä
I worked as a warehouse operator at Kartanon Leipä Oy for just under a year. My responsibilities included distributing products to various market squares and local markets, monitoring expiration of products and adjusting discounts accordingly.
